Wanna buy a house??

'Cus our's is FOR SALE!! No, really...it is!! Our Realtor is bringing the sign for the front yard this afternoon. We've wanted to move closer to the city for a long time, mainly to be closer to Jonathan's work. We found a house we like and have made a contingency offer. Even if we don't get this house, we are going to leave ours on the market and conitnue looking. Click here for the listing. And if you don't want to :-P , here are some pictures that are with our listing...

This looks great, Nicole! I'm really hoping it will sell quickly for you. We're doing the work now to get ours on the market in the next month or so. I would love the market to be nice to you ;)

Such a pretty house. I can't imagine you'd have a real hard time selling it.

Wow! That's big news! I'm curious to see what the new (hopeful) house looks like. I'll miss your old place, it's so pretty!, but am excited for you as well...

Oooo....have fun with the house buying/selling. I know you'll miss the close proximity to Kelly and her crew, but I know it's extremely important to reduce commute time for the hubster.

I'd love to know more about your new house!!! If you have a chance, send me THAT listing!!! I love looking at houses...!!!

And how is it that you just had a baby and your house looks so spectacular?

Joy ~ Grammie took Emma to her house for 4 days to allow me to get it that way!! I couldn't have done it otherwise!!
