Last night was Jonathan's company Christmas Party. I was a little nervous going to another event with doctors and their wives. They all make so much more money than we do and, well, I shouldn't have even worried about it, but I did. I was afraid I wouldn't fit in. But then I realized I am who I am and I am who God has created me to be. That's all that matters! We had a fabulous time and I even liked some of the wives! ;-) Here is a picture of Jonathan and I on our way out the door. You'll be happy to know we were both very appropriately dressed.
And here are 2 shots of just me (for all those who've asked to see my preggo belly).

You do not EVER have to worry about fitting in! You always dress beautifully. I'm sure you made a wonderful impression, and I also know enough about doctor's wives to know that some of them were nervous, too! I have this wonderful uncle who taught us to ask questions of others about their interests and families, and most people are only glad to share something they know about. So conversation flows smoothly. I know you smiled often, so that also made a good impression. You are a wonderful asset to our son, so never fear these functions as there will be many more to come, I'm sure.

Mom
Wow, Nicole...you really did look sassy! You wear pregnancy beautifully! I feel like you did often so thanks for being honest about that. I have to remind myself of the same thing...it's nice to know other people (even sassy people) feel the same way!
You look beautiful! : )
You looked super cute...those boots really make the outfit! :-) I'm so glad you had a good time.
You look awesome Nicole! Exciting to see the growing belly as well- we all love belly pics I think. We love you guys!
Awesome dress, Nicole. I don't know what to think about your mom's comment about you "losing" weight. I haven't seen you in a while, but you look like you've "gained" weight to me...but only in the belly :-) You're glowing and Jonathan looks proud to have you standing by him. I hope you had fun!
Melanie - I've only gained 4 pounds this pregnancy! My mom thinks I've lost weight in my face. :-)
your Grammie blogs! whoa! love the dress and I'm really jealous of the big girl room. Adorable! And the wipe thing . . . too funny.
Good to see you last night! I LOVED the concert, may have listened to the CD 3 times today. :)
