It's really fall!

The leaves are just starting to turn in our neighborhood. Isn't it gorgeous?!? I just love the fall in the Southeast! Growing up fall lasted, oh, 2 days. LOL! We didn't really have fall or spring in Texas. It was summer and then winter. The trees are so beautiful here when they are turning. Pictures don't do them justice. A drive in the mountains this time of year is priceless. Posted by Picasa

I don't think Xiamen has fall. Do palm trees turn red when it cools off? Just kidding. The temp is still in the mid to low 80's every day. I'm actually hoping it will cool off at least a little so that it feels like October.

Hey, I know what you mean about the leaves changing, I lived in FL for about 12 years, before we moved up here to North GA last year. I loved when the leaves changed colors this year. It is so different from Texas and Florida
